We are here to discuss and learn together as we navigate internal dynamics in non-hierarchical collectives based upon values of anti-oppression, community-building, and social justice.
We work to find best practices, in consensus decision-based groups, so we can create spaces where anyone who wishes to organize with us feels safe and welcome to do so, and so that we can ensure our collectives long-term sustainability.
