This year marks the 13th year of Israeli Apartheid Week (IAW) in Montreal, joining with similar IAWs around the world. We are hoping to continue building momentum for the BDS movement. Confirmed speakers from outside Montreal include: Dr. Nahla Abdo (Arab feminist scholar and activist), Remi Kenazi (Palestinian-American poet, writer & organizer), Saleem Haddad (author of debut novel “Guapa” & aid worker), Rania Khalek (independent journalist), Simona Sharoni (feminist scholar & activist.)
Detailed information about each day’s events can be found on the facebook event page.
