The Community-University Research Exchange (CURE) connects students with grassroots organizations to collaborate on research, art and innovative projects that support local communities. Undergraduates can do real-life, community-driven research and receive credit for term papers, internships, final projects or other course requirements.
A secure source of funding will allow CURE to expand in the faculties of Arts & Science, Fine Arts, Engineering & Computer Science and the School of Business, and to provide sustained support to Concordia University students. This includes offering research stipends, student jobs, mentorship opportunities, regular conferences & workshops and creating a hub for popular education.
Do you agree to pay 8 cents per credit to the Community- University Research Exchange (CURE Concordia), effective Winter 2016?
[If you agree, sign the petition at the locations mentioned above!]
